Days before the UK Rally against child abuse was held, filmmakers Bill Maloney and Lilly Starr visited the final resting place of Bill’s sister Dyana Maloney, in this moving preparation for the speech that he would deliver at the Rally below Nelson’s Column in Trafalgar Square, London.
